La Bouchée is born from the vision of a gastronomic project stemming from love for French Brittany and primarily for its flagship dish: La Galette.

As versatile as it is healthy, this food made from buckwheat, water, and salt allows us to play with different proposals and combinations to enjoy a journey through those lands.
Just as its name indicates, La Bouchée is a bite of Breton gastronomy that transports us from our Costa Brava to the beautiful heart of French Brittany.
